Become part of the new Status Quo!

The airwaves of Charleston take a step closer to reflecting the exciting musical and cultural diversity of the Mountain State with the announcement of WTSQ-FM Radio – a new, listener-supported, independent radio station. WTSQ broadcasts at 88.1 MHz FM.

The station is based in the Union Building in downtown Charleston and transmits from there. WTSQ will also broadcast via streaming formats at WTSQ.org.

The station features an eclectic mix of alternative/indie/folk/americana/talk, etc. Disc Jockeys will have total freedom in the music they play (within FCC regulations), regardless of music genre or commercial interests.

WTSQ is a listener funded, non-profit radio station and is currently staffed by hard-working and dedicated volunteers.

Please use one of the following methods to donate. Your donation demonstrates your support for an independent station that’s different from all the rest. Stay tuned to this site for updates and information regarding fundraising and volunteering.

Thanks for listening!
